What does a Zoho AI partner do?
A Zoho AI partner sets up Zia, prebuilt and custom Zia agents and Zoho MCP connections on your Zoho apps. Datahikes cleans your data first, trains your team and supports you after go-live.
Is Zia included in my Zoho plan?
Many Zia features come with higher Zoho editions; in Zoho CRM, the core prediction features sit in Enterprise and above. We check your plan during the free AI audit.
Is my data safe with Zoho AI?
Zoho states its generic AI models are not trained on customer data and do not retain it. Zia LLM runs in Zoho-owned data centres in the US, India and Europe, and agents follow each user's permissions.
Zia or ChatGPT: which should we use?
Use Zia for work inside Zoho, since it acts on your records with your permissions. Use ChatGPT or Claude for open-ended work, connected to Zoho through the Zoho MCP server.
How long does a Zoho AI implementation take?
A first AI pilot with two or three use cases usually goes live in 4–6 weeks, including data cleanup. A full Zoho One rollout takes 4–5 weeks, or 6–8 weeks for large, complex setups.
Can you build custom AI agents for Zoho?
Yes. We build custom agents in Zia Agent Studio or with custom code, connected to Zoho and outside tools through Zoho Flow and the Zoho MCP server.
Can you add AI to a Zoho account another partner set up?
Yes. We audit the existing setup, fix data and workflow issues, and then add Zia, agents and MCP on a clean foundation.
Do we need Zoho One to use Zoho AI?
No. Zia works inside individual apps such as Zoho CRM, Desk, People and Books. Zoho One simply gives you every app, and its AI, under one licence.
